This is the EXACT same specs as the Martin D-18 Golden Era, except My Favorite Guitars custom orders them with the Ambertone 1933 finish.  For this reason: 1.) The neck block is stamped "Custom."  2.) There is no label inside the guitar. WE ARE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE AND PUBLISH ACTUAL PRICES ON ALL CUSTOM SHOP GUITARS.
